As a new member of The Fit Club I just want to say how lovely all the staff are and made me feel at ease. As a woman of nearly 60 I was quite nervous about joining a gym but I can honestly say I absolutely LOVE IT!!! Especially the reformer Pilates classes. A special shoutout to Emily Smith who is an absolute professional at what she does she makes you feel amazing after each class.

listen up amazing gym been there for a year and something consistently 5-6 days a week mornings great environment great equipment great the Vanilla XL is great <---- overall great gym fun to be there very clean changing rooms the workers put up with me but all very friendly if you are trying to get into the gym this one i highly recommend also lots of other things the gym offers for overall health benefits

If it wasn’t for Rose I probably wouldn’t keep coming to this gym, the days that she is in, the gym is in immaculate condition, couldn’t be any more organised or clean! You can tell the difference straight away when she isn’t in on a Wednesday…everything is just left the way it was the night before, dirty changing rooms and equipment everywhere. I hope Rose gets the recognition of the hard work she puts in to get this gym to the standard that blows other gyms out the water. I have left previous gyms because of the hygiene standards, fit club can never let go of Rose if you want to keep customers!

Great gear, great location – and the sauna is perfect for pretending you just finished an Ironman after doing three sit-ups. Music pumps you up without David Guetta suddenly waving from the treadmill. Gets busier in the evenings, but it’s more like a laid-back after-work party in gym clothes. You sweat here – and somehow feel good for it.

Been at the fit club for about a month now, the staff are great, I felt very welcome. Lovely atmosphere in there, there is a big range of equipment. Even when I didn't know how to adjust equipment there was a lovely guy who didn't mind helping me (once again big thank you for that!) So glad I made the decision to move to this gym and I will definitely recommend to anyone who will listen.

I have been coming to this gym for 7 years. I have seen many changes over the last few years, new equipment, staff changes, classes etc. Since the gym has been FIT Club the new equipment they have invested in is awesome. Takes a while to get the confidence to use them but none the less they are great. The staff are very nice and friendly, i'm able to ask for help when stuck on a machine. Having a ladies sauna is my favourite esp in the winter months. You could do with upgrading the barbells/ weights for the classes.

The equipment's kept clean, money's being pumped back in throughout equipment (which there's plenty of) and restructure of the showers/facilities, the staff are all lovely and help out wherever they can. I have been a class instructor for ten years and teach regular classes here as well as at other venues.
This place is however the cleanest mainly due to the work of Rose who does a fantastic job of making sure all areas of the gym. class studios and other facilities are always looking their best.
Often people forget about those who work behind the scenes to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained.

If you looking for friendly,clean and fully equipped gym ,you just find one!! Is called The Fit Club!! Great atmosphere, great members and staff!! Great PTs and instructors and also there is a lady who look after the gym from different angle her name is Rose who is always there in the morning to assist with any thing you need but also Rose keeps the gym clean and shiny!!! I'm very glad i am member there. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Great gym, you can tell there’s money being spent on equipment. Staff are lovely and great atmosphere.
The only downside is the heating is constantly on making it quite warm all year round.

I'm a senior member of the Fit Club and think it is the best gym I have experienced in my time, I don't feel intimidated in any way, as it has a great friendly atmosphere.
Rose the cleaning lady makes me feel very welcome, always friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond her cleaning duties, always happy to help in any way.

Love coming to the Fit club, there is lots of equipment and lots of different areas to work out. All staff are friendly and it had a good atmosphere. I appreciate that they open up at 5am and always greeted by Rose who does a fantastic job and always keeps the gym looks very clean. Fully recommend as there is something there for everyone.

I’ve been at the fit club for about 3 years now. It’s a fantastic gym with lots of equipment with a wide range of classes to choose from. The instructors are all supportive, encouraging & extremely knowledgeable. I participate in a lot of bodypump classes I’ve found these have helped a lot with my fitness & this is down to the instructors Lisa Smith, Laura Dangerfield & Phillip Jordan.
