When it comes to my personal training approach, I like to keep things plain, simple and easy to follow. I teach people how to hit stuff and throw heavy weights around. It doesn’t get much simpler than that.

I am passionate about Boxing, striking martial arts and effective strength training to achieve fitness and performance goals.

I believe in getting maximum results from my clients for minimum time investment on their part through the use of effective goal setting and encouraging adherence.
