I come from a sports science and coaching background. I have always had a passion is health and fitness, so decided to combine my sports qualifications and become a level 3 personal trainer and class instructor.

Teaching classes from bootcamp to group cycling.

I’ve been training in Thai Boxing since the age of 20 (13 years now – how time flies!). I loved to train and I loved to compete, it was my life.

Unfortunately, I can’t compete anymore so I turned my love and passion for training and reaching my goals into helping other people achieve theirs. Get in touch with me and I can offer Thai Boxing , pad work, resistance and conditioning to help burn fat and build muscle.
